Electromagnetic exploration is the one of the fastest growing areas of modern geophysics. Solutions to the problem of reconstruction of areal distribution of an electromagnetic field measured at the ground surface to the volume distribution of conductivity of the medium using three-dimensional (3D) modeling have opened a new chapter in the development of transient electro-magnetic (EM) [1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9-14, 18-20]. With this technology, geophysicists have created new opportunities for solving complex geological and engineering problems, increasing the reliability of geophysical prognosis. However some researchers are skeptical about its effectiveness, and some dislike the additional labor required for the intensive and complicated observation system and the interpretation of received data. They say that every scientific idea passed through three stages of advancement: "It is nonsense!", "There is something in it..." and "Yes, it has long been known!”. We would like to bring closer the third stage of this process.
